Eila Goldhahn
Eila Goldhahn is an artist, researcher and educator working across sculpture, installation, performance, film, writing and movement-based research. Her current practice encompasses exhibitions, interdisciplinary collaborations, residencies, teaching, and arts-led research.
Rooted in embodied practice, her arts-led research investigates how presence, perception, and relational awareness emerge through movement, materiality, gesture, and shared attention. Responding to the complexities of contemporary life, including the shifting ecological and cultural conditions of the Anthropocene, her work invites new ways of sensing, understanding, and connecting with the more-than-human world.
Working with individuals, communities, and interdisciplinary teams, Eila develops performances, installations, films, and sculptural works that translate embodied experience into visual and spatial form. Collaboration and dialogue are central to her practice, creating spaces where movement, language, and material become ways of thinking together.
Eila is the originator of MoverWitness, an embodied practice developed from the Discipline of Authentic Movement and the work of Adler. She completed the first PhD (2007) dedicated to investigating its artistic and philosophical foundations, establishing an important contribution to its development as both an artistic discipline and a contemporary research methodology. Through MoverWitness, she continues to explore how embodied attention can deepen creative practice, research, and relationships with others and with place.

Stuart J Young
Stuart J Young is a painter and sculptor whose work explores the relationships between form, colour, material, and space. His paintings and sculptures invite a quiet engagement with the physical world, revealing how surfaces, objects, and places can hold tension, rhythm, memory, and meaning.
At the heart of his practice is an interest in spirituality and the more-than-human world. Through an intuitive process of making, Stuart explores our connection with landscape, presence, and the unseen, creating works that encourage reflection and a sense of attentive looking.
Collaboration is an important part of his creative life. Together with artist Eila Goldhahn, he develops site-responsive and interdisciplinary projects that bring together movement, photography, installation, and performance. These shared explorations create immersive experiences that respond to place and open up new ways of seeing and connecting.
Alongside his visual arts practice, Stuart composes music and performs with Devon Chorale. Music, like his visual work, offers another way of exploring rhythm, atmosphere, and shared experience, enriching an artistic practice that moves between image, sound, and place.
